Wolves gambit bug
I'm trying to do house of wolves quest line and I'm on the wolves gambit part. I keep dying for no reason. It says misadventure, well, I'm stillon the ground. Says i died from an enemy? Well forget that, the enemy it says is nowhere near and I'm still at full health. I've tried over 20 times to do this and died over 20 times. Help

I was having the same exact problem and I felt pretty silly once I figured out what the problem was. It's not a bug or anything, it's part of the game. When it says something about the oracles awakening, it's preparing you to go after them. As soon as it says an oracle has appeared, run to it and destroy it, if you don't do this in time, it'll let out a shriek and you'll be affected by "Oracle's Cry" which kills you instantly. Hope this helps.

3 RepliesIn the mission "Wolves Gambit", you have to destroy so called Oracles. They look like yellow glowing cubes. The first one should spawn on the back left of the area. Just shoot it until it disappears. If you do not destroy it, it'll kill you, which is the reason for your "Misadventures".
