Laser War: Empires
Hello and wellcome to the Laser war.
The old Laser war storyline is continueing in a privat forum this is a new universe where new player's can romp around and everyone has space to expand.
This is a Story based Forum Role Playing Game here is the backdrop.
It is the far future.Humanity has expanded acrost the star's and established empiere's.However Humanity is not alone for Ailens vye for teretory and glory.Not only that but Demons and other supernatural beings lurk around every corner.It is the Far Future every day Empiers Rise and fall Battles rage billions are born and billions die.And the stars themselve's burn...
Here are the Rule's
[*]You'r charechter(s) may be Male or Female(or both or neither) it may also be Human Ailen demon ect ect it is all up to you.
[*]You may have as many charechters as you please.
[*]You may have just a independent charechter or a charechter with a army behind Him/Her(?) again it is up to you.
[*]You may use you'r own original sources or use a charechter or army from another source again it is up to you.
[*]Please keep it at the very very least semi serius.Remember this is a story based RPG however joke's to lighten the mood are wellcomed(and quite frankly encouraged) but please dont let it get out of hand.
[*]No instant army's.While you may have a small starting army to build up and train a large force takes time so please give it a few posts.
[*]No insta kills.You must give the other player a chance to counter you cant say"dakka dakka Such and such's Charechter is dead" however this rule can be bent when fighting army's but only to a extent.
[*]If you leave in the middle of a battle for more than 3 Day's the rest of the player's have the right to break the no insta kills rule and destroy you'r Force to keep the storyline going.
[*]Take a fall once in awile.lets face it everyone has to lose sometime you can retreat and rebuild.If you'r charechter is killed you can bring them back by varius means or make a new charechter.
[*]Dont spam the thread(i hope i dident need to say this)
[*]And Most importantly have Fun!

The Hivez fleet engaged the OR front line with aggressive attacks. Serath ordered his main line to split in half to reinforce both flanks. Main Hivez force began to pursue from behind. As the main Hivez force turned to pursue, the OR fleets reinforcements arrived. The began attacking the flanks of the main Hivez battle group. The Hivezian battle groups that were attacking the flanks were badly outnumber and outgunned. The Main Hivezian group was forced to decide, leave the flanking groups to defend themselves and direct their attention to the reinforcements, or leave their own flank undefended and try to assist the smaller battlegroups currently being bombarded.

Meh....here goes. "Oi! Where's Hawk and Payton? I told them to meet us at the cave entrance at 0600 and been 20 minutes since then." Drake stood at the entrance to Siriso Cave, with the 7 other members of Team 1. He clutched his assault rifle gentley with his right hand, in the other he held a datapad with the Siriso Cave area schematics. After a pause, Drake heard Paige's voice,"Drake, I haven't seen them in since we landed on the forsaken rock, but if I were to gamble on it...I'd have to say that one of Bear's guys got to them." Drake flinched,"Bear, that bloody traitor, I thought we lost him when we went into hyperspace, we were supposed to have the better ship! Nevertheless, we'll have to proceed into the cave without Team 3. Verslin, get on the COM and tell Team 2 to abonden their positions in the forest and guard the exit to the Cave in case Bear's men come by." "Right, Drake." A minute later Verslin got off the COM and nodded to Drake, and Drake motioned for Team 1 to follow him as he turned and entered the Siriso Cave, assault rifle drawn...

I will advise you to read the verry first post, on the first page, it has rules and stuff on it, it would be a great help to get you started, but basicly, just make up a character, can be any kind of alien you want, make it a covenant elite or anything else. The Rules are on the first page, read them carefully.

Well, this is an ugly cut. Thought Darhow. Unfortunatly, shadows dont feel pain. Darhow quickly mended his cut and the flow of fire stopped. He then caused a corpse near celestiane to explode sending burning body parts everywhere, and blinding her momentarily. He then put a wall of shadows around her. She could only see a few feet in front of her now. With a load screech, Darhow thrust a hand at the sword and threw it aside... [Edited on 7/23/2005]

Celestine grinned and fire bursted out of the ground, burning everything around them, Celestine grabbed her sword, and slashed at Darhow stumich, leaving a huge cut, a moment later, fire bursted out of the cut and it slowly started to burn Darhow on the inside. well, since Seere is apparently mind dead, Darhow splits his shadow again, this time to follow a demon named celsestiane. He could feel that she had vampires under her influence. Darhow hated vampire summoners bcause he lost poker with a vampire and lost his left arm(it took a month to grow back!). So, he came up to clestiane and said "I can see that you are a powerful commander of vampires...to bad i hate vampires." and he thrust himself into the shadows. He emerged again and struck celestiane in the stomach, knocking her back...

Celestine opened several portals towards several planets all over the known universe. "Go, my vampire's, and bolster our ranks, when our time has come, I will summon you." The vampire's bowed and entered the portals. "Now its time for me to explore this realm." Celestine exited the cave and explored the surroundings, she noticed a large pack or Brumak's, 12+ meter tall monsters weighing over 10,000 kilograms, capable of crushing a human with its bear fists. "Hmm, those creature's could come in handy." Celestine said, and se send a small group of vampire's to tame 2 of them, a male and a female. Deep in the cave's they used them to breed more and learn them to obey Celestine and the vampire's, and attack anything that wasnt either a vampire's, or another Brumak. "Good, we are almost ready."

The Destroyer's broke off from the attack and the cripple'd or wrecked were remotely detonated after any and all escape pods have been abel to launch.The blasts damaged some of the surrounding ships.The main battleforce began to close with the OR fleet at full speed fireing there missle's and Laser cannons while some small battlegroups harryed the flanks... The conscripts and about half of the Regular's guarded essential sectors of the ship(the Bridge,Powerplant,Engeniering,Weapons Platform's,Life suppourt ect ect)...

Serath watched as the Dead Hand was hit with multiple ION cannon shots. “OK it’s time to bring us into the battle, take a position next to the Dead Hand. Make sure we protect it from coordinated ION fire. Fire up the main weapon and target the next destroyer and aim for the bridge.” The bridge crew began charging up the main MAC Cannon. “Lord Serath, MAC Cannon online, we’re in position.” “ Hold your fire until the destroyer jump in again to fire their ION cannon.” The destroyers jumped again and Serath was ready. Fire MAC cannon. The MAC cannon fired a direct hit on the bridge and at such close range penetrated the shields. The second blast penetrated the destroyer from bow to stern… tearing the ship in two.

Duriya assesed the situation as a squad of lightly armored soldiers entered the bay. The situation was getting out of hand. The three heavy armor soldiers were firing indiscriminantly at anything that moved, and some things that didn't. Duriya was running out of options... she had to act fast. She looked at the schematic of the vessel she had boarded, then fired 4 Razor missiles into the back of the bay. The exlosion blew a 2 meter hole in the wall and scattered shrapnel among the lightly armored soldiers, shredding them to pieces. Before the dust settled, Duriya and the rest of her team, escaped through the hole. she prepared a timed charge for 10 seconds and placed it on the ceiling above the hole to collapse the hole and cover her escape. As her squad ran down the hallway, she issued more orders. "Split up, stick to the narrow passageways and service tunnels. We can't allow more of those armored soldiers to show up." He gave the schematics to her second in command. "You take half the squad, and make your way to engineering. We will engage the enemy and try to divert their attention, and we'll meet you there in 10 minutes. Remember stay away from the main hallways. Those armored soldiers are almost indestructible."

[b] Vampire [/b] These vampire's look just like ordinary vampire's, only these, are created from the depths of hell itself, with double the strength and speed. Dont think these guy's will die easily, because only silver and fire will be able to kill these vampire's, unlike some might think, they can live in sunlight. David was enveloped in a explosion.As the Smoke Cleared there weapons had varying levels of damage but only Davids Multilaser and Octavians Autocannon were renderd Useless.the rest of there armor was mere'ly Blackendaround 3 squads of Conscripted Solder's ran into the hangar takeing defencive positions along the bulkheads.Octavian Moved up fireing his multilaser liberaly at the enemy while David fired his autocannon at the cover piting it and slowly destroying it.Rob walked forward leting the the small arms fire merely ping off his armor.Sonja stayed with a group of conscripts after a grenade shredded half of that squad. The EMP missle's Fired into the OR Fleet rendering any electronic devices in the area temporarely useless.The Destroyer's attacked the Dead hand with there ion cannons before retreating back into the main battleforce...

Duriya was blown back into the hangar by one of the blasts that hit her. Her armor absorbed the attack, but she was dazed. The rest of her team opened fire, but the shots just deflected off the armor of the soldiers. Duriya quickly regained her composure, and saw that these soldiers were two heavily armored for standard weaponry. Her team was taking losses. She crawled along the hangar right up to the edge of the door. “Team fall back into the hangar bay and take cover! Demolitions, I need you on the other side of the doorway now!” The team complied with her orders, the demolitions soldier took position opposite Duriya and instantly knew her plan. He took out a pack of adhesive plastique and waited. Duriya did the same. As the rest of the team fell back and took positions inside the bay, the first enemy soldier entered the bay. As soon as the soldiers weaponry was in view, Duriya and the demolitions soldier planted the adhesive plastique on the Multilasers, and auto cannons respectively. They took cover, and detonated the charges.

The Andromeda Galaxy is that way -----> All 350,000-odd ships power up and jump back into Subspace, ignoring the entire battle raging in this thread.

Duriya Gariea Sex: Female Race: Human Height: 5’4” Weight: 125lbs. Eyes: Blue Hair: Brown Rank: Special Ops Squad Leader Training: Advanced Demolitions, Hand to Hand Combat, Small arms, Heavy Weaponry, Scouting, and advanced insertion techniques. Duriya has been trained since childhood as an OR Elite soldier. Her intelligence and problem solving has helped her rise to become the leader of all special ops squads. Her reputation as the best hand to hand fighter in the OR fleet is legendary. She has received advanced training in demolitions and insertion. She wears a adamantium mesh body armor, capable of stopping any small arms fire. The armor is also equipped with a 5 minute cloaking mechanism that is only good once per mission. She is carries a sword blade of Vesper Bone sharp enough to pierce any infantry armor and is a virtually indestructible blade. She is equipped with shaped charges that can be detonated by proximity, timer, or remote. She has a portable missile launcher armed with 12 mini razor missiles which pierce armor then detonate a fraction of a second later, causing the armor to become shrapnel hazardous to any infantry within 10 feet of Armor. Duriya gathered her squad of 12 soldiers and plants a charge on the hangar doors, and blasts her way into the ship. She enters the ship to find two Massive armored soldiers facing her.

The Ships that were crippled retreaded as best they could while still fireing.Helix heard the combat officer yell"Sir Boarder's inbound".Helix said"as soon as the boarder's enter the ships i want every solder on them".... On all the ships the boarder's enterd the Regular's attacked the boarders where they could adanceing on them throgh the very large hallways like walking tanks riping the attackers apart while the Conscripted solder's Suppourted them or held areas to small for the Regulars.Octavian Sonja Robert and dave flew throgh the grav transport until they reached the area with the most boarder's.Octavian led the squad with Sonja on his flank,Robert and David were behind them.Conscripted solder's ran to the area useing whatever cover they can to avoid the enemy Fire(this is on the Flagship).Octavian said"Dont cross your lines of fire Rob you and dave are to make sure nothing come's up behind us".Robert said"Yea sure i got it".Dave said nothing...
