A Divorce Letter to Destiny
It was love at first sight. 900 hours later and I still looked at you the same way I did in hour 1. You're a very dirty girl destiny. you've cheated on me so much. you don't give me the rewards I desire, but I always come back. You promise me things that you just never give, but here I am today. I am a pathetic fool who comes back over and over and over, to be dooped by your false promises. I am whipped by you Destiny. Look up dependent in the dictionary and you will find a picture of me in my headset grinding out strikes to find useless gear to be replaced in a month. Honestly, I've become so indulged in a single game, you my dear destiny, that I had forgotten what fun in video games felt like. I am here to say that today I've made a decision. a tough one. I CaptainMaeder am deleting my gamer tag and all of the content under this name because of you destiny. I know that if I delete my progress I will never come back to you and to your grind. it's been a love hate relationship but it's time to move on with my life. I've become attracted to some new ladies that have appeared in my life. those women are named Fallout and Halo. and the thing is destiny... they care about me. they have promised to give me fun without the grind. they've promised me a full story, and dedicated servers. They don't want my money 3 times a year for basic things. they don't want my dignity. they want me to have fun above all else. as that is what I deserve. they are what I deserve. I love you destiny, but today is the day that i say goodbye. I'm sorry to have given you so many empty promises like that I'll stay for 10 years, and that I'll buy you all the silver in the world just to learn to dance with you in different ways, but enough is enough. Goodbye destiny. you have plenty of others out there to care for you and your selfish heart. have a great life my ex-love.

Tottaly True! I loved this game too from the start and now when taken king is out im so disappointed that i lost so many hours on this game that now in doesn't mean nothin. Just w8ing for start wars battlefront so i can throw away destiny for good too. It's pointless game and company what just asking for money for things that should be released from the start of first destiny.
