Bungie trying to push in recon?
It seems like now that many more people have recon and it is becoming less special even with halo 3 still out. Bungie seems to be pushing it with the Bungie vs The World Day and the Microsoft Challenge.
It's almost like they want everyone to have it because when out comes ODST everyone with live will have it and games will be based with strictly recon wearers. I rememeber when recon was hard to get with the screenshots let alone any other way.
Bassically I am saying that Bungie is pretty much just trying to hand out recon at this point and by the time ODST comes out I predict at least half the ammount of recon bearers will be doubled and when ODST comes out I would say in weeks the Recon population will double.
How special is Recon if everyone has it?

Who cares how many people have it? Why is everyone so concerned with what others have or don't have? I think we should stop all these recon threads because they are almost useless. So what if every one has Recon when ODST drops. People that deserve it will have it. And, If you do not like it or want to be orignal, wear CQB. It shoulden't matter what other people say or think. It's just a armor. I dig the Recon and I don't think I will ever take it off before, During, Or after ODST. It looks Hot.

In my opinion it doesn't matter if everyone has Recon. Don't worry about the armor.

i agree with u. my friends and i were speaking and we all agreed that once everyone has recon it won't be special especially for the recon wearers. and some people are so obsessed they threatened my friend that they would hack his account unless he ditched recon, and they couldn,t just wait 2 months! so he did. and there will probably be a new rare set of armor coming out aswell
