I just used thorn in a super close quarter map. I'm very good with thorn and finished pretty strong but I got beaten by pulse riffles a few times in short range. I don't understand why the hand cannons had to be nerfed this much just because 3 handcannons ruled the competive scene for a few months.

Because everyone used thorn and the last word. Then the crucibabies started crying about it not being fair. They have already started on pulse rifles.
