Where Is The No Time to Explain Exotic pulse Rifle???
In the gameinformer article before the taken king release, they talked about an exotic pulse rifle called No Time to Explain. It was also in the video they had. So where is it??

Even if it is real. its gonna be shit. bungie loves doing that to people that like something in the game. look at the strangers rifle. everyone loved it. bitched that we couldnt upgrade it to legendary. they finnally upgrade it to legendary.
