This should be free. Cosmetic surgery in any game is pretty much free. When you entered the thieves guild in Skyrim, you had to pay gold to alter yourself with that weird dark elf, not real money. In The Skate Franchise, it's always free. In Sunset Overdrive, it's free. Crackdown 3's is gonna be free.

I see where you are coming from but this game follows more of an mmo type-ish games and in most mmo's these types of re-customizations are usually paid for thru some cash means. However if we were given the option of free remodeling that would be sweet.
