Stop with the crucible being part of a quest

Alright I have this as a problem I'm tired of the crucible being part of bountys or quests or exotic quests cause I don't play destiny for the competitive crap in the crucibles I played it for the story but yet still no -blam!-ing story so y'all lied 2 everyone about the game in the first place right now destiny is a place holder for games I really want but still if y'all could cut the crucibles out of quests an exotic quests that would be great cause I don't do multiplayer so fix this

  • I agree 100 percent we shouldn't have to be good against "mlg" 10 year olds with shotguns to be able to get an exotic gun. I was excited about getting the first curse but once I realized the quest was for crucible I completely gave up on getting the gun, same with the chaperone a lot of players will never be able to acquire these guns because we don't play crucible

  • So much salt I could take a bath here. Long story short get good and stop being close minded man. Everyone gets wrecked in pvp and you're going to keep getting wrecked unless you actually go in and start learning.

    • The point of designing a game is to try and get the player to play every part of the game. Bungie has every right to design their quests as they see fit, no one is forcing you to play. I personally don't understand all the salt towards crucible quest steps. I generally enjoy every aspect of Destiny, and while I'm aware some people dislike Pvp or PvE, I can't fathom why.

      • I think maybe mach making ins broken I have the same problem I can hit someone 3 times in the head with my best scout and they keep on going but I drop in one or two shots with my best char at 295 light. As for the crucible quest lines after the first step I dropped it with a kd of .002 with a best of 0.1 or so These quests become a waste of my time. The only crucible stuff I play much now is rift and not much of that. If I played much in there I'd probably end up with a lag ban anyway as my connection is not very good sometimes. So maybe for people with unreliable connections there could be a test list to be opted out of crucible steps of quests?

      • Perhaps some feel the same way about PvE quests, I for one don't find PvE hard but it is boring. Think about it, is Bungie going to listen to some kid whine about playing the games main feature?

        • Crucible is garbage. Hit detection is absurdly broken, and maps gave no flow. But thankfully black op s 3 is in less than a month so yay for league play

          • It was specifically announced that they were trying to get people out of their comfort zone with the launch of TTK. I'm a day 1 player who used to hate PvP but I have started to get a bit more enjoyment out of it. I'm still mostly useless but I like to challenge myself to try & get better. Learning the maps help go into to crucible with a fireteam of people who are willing to help you learn & most of all learn to laugh at your spectacular failings. Yes you will meet some people that cheat to win but hopefully they are getting fewer. You may even find that in time you actually like or at least do note hate spending time in the crucible.

            • Then don't do multiplayer. If you want something bad enough, be it an exotic or other, you can suck it up long enough to get it done. So much for these kinds of threads rotting.

So you're trying to say people that mainly do pvp shouldn't get quests.
