DO Exotic Cloak Quest Not Dropping
Is anyone else having this problem? I've been looking around online to find some answers, but no such luck. I'm past level 25 in the DO faction (30 to be precise). I don't believe the quest is currently in my inventory, and I don't have any quests in my abandoned quest terminal. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
