Perks? All for 1: Fire rate and reload speed significantly increased when standing in close proximity to both members of your fireteam
AND
1 for all: When solo, or away from your fireteam, stability and range are significantly increased.
(This would work like the Boolean Gemini perk, you'd have to pick one.)
