Perhaps back when the employees were more directly intwined with the online community, yes. But now? Why would they? This thread won't get any exposure (mainly because of the "new" forum features, lol) they're not gonna stir up drama within their company and online by replying, and they'd rather not air their grievances within the company perhaps for fears of job security. I directly linked this thread to DeeJ to get a comment out of him but alas. As Bungie moved more corporate in nature, the internal culture changed and that reflects highly within their online community and within the games they create.
