Looking into caterpillar errors

Dear Bungie I was getting a lot of those caterpillar errors lately (almost every time I try to log on in the evenings or almost every 20ish minutes at other times). Contacted my ISP, but they requested server address to look into it and try optimize my connection (so they can trace the issue/monitor it), which I don't have. Could you provide required information? I'm on PS4 in Russia (NW region), 100mbps ethernet cable. Thanks P.S.: I posted this earlier, but apparently in wrong forum section, sorry for repost.

  • Hi Krysaex, I can't provide you with the IP addresses for our services, but you might want to try providing your ISP with the information in our Network Troubleshooting Guide, including the ports that must be unblocked/forwarded in order for Destiny to work. See this article about NAT and Port Forwarding for a list of ports that you and your ISP should make sure are open: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11931

Alright, my ISP actually figured out that it was an issue on their end and hopefully fixed it. Time will show.
