Yes, it's true. However, the chance of you coming across something someone has discovered will be very slim. The chance of you coming across something someone decided to name rather than not name will be even smaller. And the chance that one of those will be named inappropriately is even smaller than that. So basically, the chance of you coming across that is extremely small because of the massive size of the universe.

It will be padded for protection against the MONTHLY OGRE that frequents those parts. This planet is home to many natural resources, but the most plentiful is Chode. An organic plant that has a musty smell and is great to lure in BLUE ANGELICS. This colourful world is full of lush jungle. The jungle-wood is collectively known as UNIWOOD. Smaller parts of UNIWOOD are home to the majestic BALLOPUSS, a small critter known to frequent small holes in the earth. Its main source of food is that of the surface, such as NUTBURY's and FLOG HOTES. Small berries left in the droppings of BUMKNUCKLES(many elemental versions exist, so watch your shins.) Watch out for PANTSDOE as well, they mate with a furious rage only met by their counterpart, THE ICY BUMKNUCKLE. Just wait until I get more time to plan the most absurd amount of wildlife and planetary materials. You will cry laughing when you land on my planet. Or better yet, the Moon named GREASY BROWN CRATER AS6.
