Gunslinger in PvE
So I have seen older posts about this, but I think it needs reiterating. Golden Gun in PvE has to be the worst super in the game, especially when compared to the new subclasses for titan and warlock. I can do equal/better damage with my sniper and I get more shots, so what's the point of Golden Gun in PvE? I hate being in a strike and seeing the other classes lay waste while I'm stuck killing 3 small enemies (forget about majors, cause it takes up the whole super). Thoughts, anyone?

4 RepliesCelestial Nighthawk GG seems very helpful while fighting Oryx in Kings Fall raid. I haven't beat the raid yet, but we are on Oryx right now. Very effective for staggering. I'm confident that someone who has beat the raid would agree?

Unfortunately, I don't have celestial nighthawk yet. But should that really be required when other classes supers can do better without exotics backing them up. It seems a little unfair that our super requires special gear to make it good. Don't get me wrong though, love the gunslinger to bits! The throwing knife alone is sick! And I use the young Ahamkara's spine to make the trip mine even better. I just think the super needs a little tweak. Especially when compared to the sunbreaker (so fun in PvE).

Celestial nighthawk for majors. Invaluable. Furthermore: gunslingers trance and chalice of woe. You might not notice these as a teammate, but for the hunter themselves it's a big help.
