Hakke pulse rifles are too unstable to hit headshots, and headseeker is broken on them
I have an apple of discord and a lyudmilla-D. The apple has near perfect stability rating and is still so unstable it physically can't get all 4 bullets from a burst in the face. Same with my lyudmilla-D these things are piles of shit. On top of this headseeker on hakke is broken and CANNOT proc the fourth bullet with headseeker damage ever. EVERY OTHER PULSE RIFLE IN GAME IS BETTER.

Since the recoil or whatever it's called sends the reticle shooting off to the left and slightly upward when fired this should take care of the problem.
