I fell in love again and it feels so good. I can remember when I first played this game and what an overwhelming experience of excitement I got when first partaking in the story, strikes, raids and crucible. The countess friendships I made while exploring the deepest darkest corners of the VOG. Forging more with the Dark Below and challenging the Prison of Elders. I remember the grind of the loot cave and the many discoveries my fellow guardians made throughout year one to keep the fire going. How good it felt to pick a legendary engram and what true material grinding was.... spirit bloom! But nothing lasts forever, and soon like many I got bored and wasn't as excited to play as much as I did. I skipped nightfalls, didn't do the weekly and lost many friends. That all changed with this latest release. I can't even keep up with the amount of quests, challenges, playlists and the multiple discoveries I have to make. Seeing so many guardians play this game again and seeing all the different videos and guides is great. I give Bungie much deserved credit for this latest chapter in Destiny. I find it completely worth every penny I spent and look forward to making new friends and forging a new memory from the Taken King. How about you? Tldr; I loved this game during release, got bored and my love has returned stronger than ever with the release of the Taken King and Cayde-6. He is so freakin awesome. I liked Valiks but I love Cayde the dude is epic.
