So you know John, The new 360 controller also has a usb port in the front that will allow it to either hook up to another xbox, two being able to hook up in the front and one in the back. also it is used for trickle charging your controller when you are playing if you dont want to wait for you controller batteries to be fully charged. It isn't like you are actually adding or taking buttons away from the controller, your just moving them. 4. Back a few pages someone was saying that there should be no leave game option. I personally agree with that since that would be a huge deterent for all who dare quit on their own team. Yes I agree that it may become something that is disliked by many because sometimes they just have to quit, but when the 360 comes out, it is going to be a lot faster so it will not take very long at all to load. And dealing with the same subject there should be a quiters feedback in the leave feedback options. BUT, they would not be banned unless bungie actually looks at their at how often they quit, if they are only quiting ones a week, who cares, if they are quiting everyday, multiple times a day, give a warning suspension then if it continues then say good bye to that gamer, I'm sorry. 5. Here is a game suggestion for bungie to create (if possible) for customs only. I am an exteme fan of the sword glitch. I was hating Bungie for weeks after the auto update came because they took it off since people would use it in matchmaking. How about you try to make a lot of gamers happy by making all glitches available in only one gametype only. You cannot edit the basis of the gametype or play it in matchmaking. You can play it on any level and there would be no boundries anywhere or kill zones. Doing this would make a lot of fans become in aww and praise if you can do this. I know that this would be extremely hard, but nothing is imppossible with time. I'll wait... until I'm 50...so you have about 30 years...you should be able to have that done by then, right? Also if it would be easier, then just stick on the future halo games. 6. Onw other suggestion: Why not call Halo 3 ........ Halo 360.....Xbox 360....Halo 360.... makes perfectly good sense to me. You only get the blue screen when someone cuts off their console instead of choosing the leave game option. People who lose will report the person who won everytime even though he wasnt cheating. They will report him for such things as them trying to kill him and him coming up behind them and smacking them in the back. This is bad and will result in more bans. But, it seems to be working great.

For your lag issue... research all of your options for high speed internet, see what is the fastest...I live in western Canada and we have 2 major internet companies Telus and Shaw...I compared the two and I found that Telus was better so I went with them, ever since I got it I haven't had any lag issues except when someone decides to quit. I agree with everything Fuzzy said except the Containment. That map, like the big green one that no one likes .. Watrerworks.. should be avaliable for Big Battle and Custom Game only. I've read maybe one satisfied player's comments on the map, and "Franklie," you're not responding well to everyone else. Today in team training, it was Team Rifles or whatever, but it was 3vs4. I was on the team with 4, and so I took the banshee and hid it under the teleport/shortgun area the whole time. Yeah, it was about 7 mins or so of me just sittin in a Banshee while other played but I was curious of how people would respond. Wouldn't you know it? It was a pretty close game, the other team won by 3... as opposed to the normal 19 kill lead or whatever on that map if the Banshee is in play. Before, I just thought it was a good idea to remove Banshee from that gametype. After my experiment, however, I find it mandatory. Don't just add a rocket again, just take the damn vehicle out. It's like having a Banshee in Burial Mounds - just stupid. Replace it with a Ghost if you're so vehicle-bent. Atleast it'd be a fair fight.

Frankie, I was extremely disappointed in your vacuous replies. Think about what you are posting before you respond with such simplistic, ‘everything is fine the way it is’ responses. Of course I don't expect Bungie to change the game to suit me, I'd just like to see your responses have more thought behind them. My question about the ranks was in response to you always saying they are simply for matchmaking. Which is what you responded with again. Technically, they may be used for matchmaking, but they could be totally hidden and function the same. So why aren't they? Because Bungie realizes that for a lot of people with low self esteem, watching that number next to their name go up will keep them addicted to h2 longer than if it there was no number. YOU know people play to get that number next to their name higher, and Bungie is counting on that. It is hypocritical and absurd of you to say its just for matchmaking. For YOU it may be, but for many it’s a status symbol, like an expensive car or a hot woman; as sad as that may be. Just stop denying it, Bungie knows what they’re doing. If fixing the weapon spawn bug is too much work to make it worth it, I understand. But your response exposes your ignorance of how to play h2. One of the interesting and entertaining aspects of h2 is controlling the power weapons, the RL, the sniper, whatever. You say it’s a good thing that it self balances but that is a total fallacy. If all the weapons respawn, a key strategy of the game is lost, and the game becomes a mediocre fps. Your response about Containment is the most troubling. It takes 30 seconds to run to the trench. What am I going to do there? I’m going to run on to the other base. So it takes, by your estimate, a minute to run from one base to the other. If I’m playing 1 flag or assault, that’s 1 minute of a 3-4 minute round spent doing nothing but running. And then the chances are pretty good you’re just going to die anyway, because the other team would be fools to leave the base. Where are they going to go? There’s nothing in the middle (except 1 person to get their own RL). Take a hog, you say. There is only one. And one tank. So, 3-4 people have a vehicle, the other 4-5 are running. There are 2 RL’s on Containment, and extra ammo all over the place. The bases are big enough to drive around in, and they have vehicle doors (which have been rendered pointless because everyone is on foot). It has ditches with bridges over them and exploding barrels with a huge range to surprise a careless driver. IT IS BUILT FOR VEHICLES. Put them in. Two hogs, a banshee and a ghost per base with a scorpion/wraith in the middle could make for some fun times on that map. Maybe some people are entertained by run run run run get sniped respawn run run run get killed by the scorpion run run run…..so make it a variant or something, ctf vehicles. It is a missed opportunity. And, of course I can put the banshee in a custom game, but I’m talking about matchmaking, so what does that have to do with anything? And, why does the banshee have to last only a couple of seconds? With some skill, luck and RL control, one banshee can live the entire round/game. And make the other team very mad, which is always fun.

i think that bungie should go through all the clans that have no more members and delete them for reuse, so there will be no more ridiculous clan names like xXxsniperz39278461xXx

I was just wondering, is the lag a permanent side-effect of the new matchmaking, or will it wear off in the near future? I've found that every type of matchmaking seems to be laggier than before the patch, especially Rumble Pit and Big Team Battle. I sure hope this lag stops, becuase it's hard to have fun when you're shooting a guy and all of the sudden he disappears and reappears in a totally different place, then randomly die even though you JUST had full shields.

Yeah I was stand by'd during a head to head after the update. The guy's name is "BallisticCleric" and luckily he was just god-awful and I ended up getting my score to 4 while his was 2 and then I just hid til time ran out and he was SOOOO mad afterwards hahaha... ironic... but joking aside, whatever happened to you know, the things you said about stuff? Or is joking not aside, but very much happening when you promise things? Just wondering.... trust me about this! if you dont like combos, then you are going to have an extremly hard time dominating games( if you dont duel wield, i am surprised you are actually winning on this)

although i still dont know why someone would complain about b the br/pp combo? someone porbably came up with a really smart plan like that and decided to use it. its kind of like experimenting, like maybe a pp/rocket launcher combo(overcharge plasma pistol, fire it,then fire a rocket like a couple seconds after the pistol fired.do in very quick succesion. it will increase your chances of killing your target dramaticly)heck, i bet everyone of you would have at least experimented at least ONCE to find the perfect combo, like needler/plasma pistol combo(fire off a LOT of needles,then quickly switch to plasma pistol,overcharge it, then let fly with it. the bolt will hopefully speed by the needles and hit the enemy shields, bringing shields down, then target becomes a purple explosive pin cushion. your enemy will surely die!) you all might find a good combo and use it yourselves. go on! its not cheating when your finding your own combo! heck, you could probably RULE matchmade games if you get the weapons you found very powerful and unlikely. you can find out best weapon combos on custom made games by yourself. you might find the combo you like and try on matchmade games.(dont try sentinel beam. it never shows up in matchmade games.only on default ;)
