Here's a trick I did to complete the first part of the quest: First; use the pvp weapon you are best with. I used the Messenger. Play the game mode Rift. Kids just spam towards the Spark the entire game so I just played mid map and picked them off the entire game. When your super is fully charged, get to a good place to hide so you can switch your messenger for the last word. I used gunslinger so I'd get around 3-4 kills each super. Do the same thing when heavy spawns as well. Preferably at the same time. After you get 4 gunslinger kills and 4 heavy kills switch back to your messenger and repeat the process. Should only take a couple games.
