What Really Happened with Martin O'Donnel and Destiny

I know I said I wasn't going to come back, but I had to share this for anyone who still wants to support Destiny and keep this in mind. What happened was that Bungie let Activision take control of their product, and even fired O'Donnel based on Activision's recommendation. O'Donnel was just trying to preserve the original vision of Destiny, but Activision kept interfering with the design choices of this game. A minor thing to note is that right around the time Bungie decided to revise everything in the story on August 2013, Joseph Staten, the lead writer for the Halo games, left a month later on September 2013. You can read the whole article here and the documents in said article to get more detail on Destiny. Ultimately, however, with these truths come to light, it comes down to two choices. Do you want to support a product that is not even what we were shown before, that costs more money than what you originally bought for it, that damaged the work relationships and even fired one of the main players of Bungie, and a product that's not even Bungie's game to begin with? Or do you not? It's all up to you, but I think my choices are clear.
