I have one question can some one awnser if they possibly can, well I made one of the most awsome maps personally I have ever done and i've done some nice ones. It is a Atumn of Pillar recreation on the top part of sandbox and I believe I have captured an amazing screenshot that captures all the Mythic Glory that bungie could need. But I believe once before I got banned from the forums for like 3 days because i formatted the tittle wrong which forum ninja's did not appricaite. Does this fact effect my eligability for the contest?

That is really cool for bungie to do that! but just one thing? I had my file share banned, because I forgot to remove a modded map that was in it. =[ Darn i wish i could participate. =/ ( I guess im outta this competion huh) Good Luck Everyone! [Edited on 05.02.2009 9:55 AM PDT]

Not to risk sounding like a -blam!- (though i imagine the wolves will tear me apart anyway) but does anyone else kinda tire of urk's rambling? I mean just look at this from the latest update: "You probably recognize a pattern beginning to take shape. Not of the Fibonacci variety either, where said repetitions are woven into the very fabric of nature in some kind of cosmic mathematical coincidence that makes you wonder if there really is a design to everything after all, but more of Grandmother's quilt variety, where said repetition makes you wonder where in the world people can purchase such hideous floral pastel patterns and why they think you'll want to display them in your living room. " It literally made me stare at the screen shaking my head. I nearly face-palmed. Just what on earth is the point of that entire paragraph? Why approach writing a weekly update on a popular videogame-related site as if you're writing an essay on the philosophical relevance of the myth of sisyphus? Being honest, i must say i kinda miss Frankie and Luke just cutting to the chase and telling you what the big news was, or where there wasn't any, keeping you slightly amused and at least updating you on how things are at the grand halls of bungie. Now i log on and read about how development is fluttering on into the abyss, like the wings of the butterfly on a spring evening, quivering in the breeze as if propelled by the very spirit of her mother earth.

bungie! :) is there anymore recon shot contests next week? unfortunately someone hacked my xbox live account ( LoneChildOfGOD). Like Bungie will ever give up recon to anyone other than there moderators and that guy who got splattered buy a traffic cone. I mean did you see that last Humpday Challage?? Bungie rigged all the maps in their favor. That didn't hit very high with me Bungie, sorry.... still, worth a shot...

do the screenshots have to be taken on one of the maps or can it be taken somewhere else that relates to it, cos i got a great idea on the campaign but dont know if i should bother or not. also, can we change the description of the screenshot?

OH! Bungie changed thier symbol!!! I didnt notice it before but its a change of font in thier logo!
