I have a lvl 32 warlock which on its own, has the ability of gaining an additional grenade. I got an exotic from xur its a chest piece called STARFIRE PROTOCOL witch also has an upgrade that says ( gain an additional fusion grenade). But when I play destiny I still only have two grenades. Shouldn't I have 3.
(Yes I do have fusion grenades equip)

No bc you cannot get 3 grenades on any character no matter how you set up your self res class.

I understand your problem but the answer is simply that the buff of gaining an additional grenade DOES NOT STACK. (don't read that as of me yelling). using the perk, "gift of the sun" plus the bonus fusion grenade does not actually give you three grenades. This is why many warlock mains prefer Heart of the Praxi Fire instead, because of the fact that the buffs do no stack. Hope this helps
