Girl
I just got back from my music trip and I meet the girl of my dreams. She is one year older then me and she seems somewhat interested in me. I fell for her when I saw her, and she is smart (which I really like in women) and not slutty at all. She is nice and friendly but I fear she may be going with someone else and she lives about fifty miles away from me. She has beautiful red hair and the gentlist smile. I don't even really know her except her name and she knows mine. I have never been nervous about a woman like this before. I am nervous because I asked my music teacher(who knows I really like her and she is a cool teacher) if she would give her number/e-mail address to me as she works at the same school as the girl I like goes too. God knows how she is the woman of my dreams. I don't know how to explain. I am a nervous wreck, I can barely sit still and I had to get this off my chest. We talk and we laughed and..God...I don't know what to do if she is taken. I will not see my teacher till tuesday and if she gets us together, I'll never forget her. I am so nervous, I've never felt this strong about a woman (Not the teacher, in cased I lost some of you) before.

A that love stick hit's us all sooner or later, it's teh stick ya love and hate at the same time. lol so um yeah people gave good advise here (suprise suprise) listen to that and um yeah good luck man. lol oh and if ya do end up with her look out for the -blam!- stick that one loooms right behind the love stick *shudders*.

I've been with my Megan for quite a long time now.. And I was ultra-shy. She seemed a girl that kinda popped out of my mind ( You know...everything you want physically and mentally in a girl? ) There's nothing I would change about her. Even though she snipes a lot in Halo 2 and will hide for hours on a map with her head tilted down so I cant see where she is on the other screen. Just think about how happy you can be and what you got to lose? Go for it. Or in the great words of Rob Schneider in Adam Sandler movies..." YOU CAN DOOO IIT" ( Wow Im so nice on the Flood compared to how I am on New mombasa...Wow.. I am an -blam!-! )

Cypress... I say go for it. I had a similar thing with a chick at my school. By the time I asked her out, and found out she'd liked me since we met, she had to go back to Germany :-(... ie the relationship lasted a week. So basically if she's smart she'll say yes, and if not... no. Just a shame that alot of chicks aren't as smart as they appear, cos there's so many good guys around that are single, and so many tossers with girlfriends. Good Luck anyways... Tristan ;-)

I hope it works out, but try not to get your hopes up and dwell on it as much as you are, I know what it's like dude...you wanna be with someone, but then they don't feel the same way (in my case anyway) and it's the "I like you as a friend" line, which is my "If I had a nickel for every time..." phrase.. I hope it works out as it is the greatest thing in the world when you click with someone like that. My last girlfriend was like that--I was seeing her for about a month, having an awesome time, then I had to fly back home to the UK. If it doesn't work out don't fret about it, because thats when it really gets bad, cos if you want something you can't have it makes you want it even more... I could write a book on this stuff..I hope so anyway cos then I could put my picture on the front cover and hopefully "she" will say "oh he's cute"...he he--I like to dream. anyway what Good Zero said is good to work with, if it doesn't work out just realise it's her loss, since you feel that you could make her happy..I know that doesn't make it sound any better, but hopefully you get what I mean. --red hair huh?--nice!! well I'm glad I read this thread now, I'm sufficiently bitter to last me the day now-yay!! good luck dude, but just remember It's hard to find women with good taste these days IMO.

Go ahead, hit her up, but don't expect too much of anything good to come of it in the long-term, especially since she lives some distance from you. And at 17... some relationships that start out that early will last a decent while, sure, but for every one couple you can show me I could easily show you a hundred that didn't last. Well, I have a decent chance with her. She though I was funny and somewhat cute. She seem more mature then the others, as I act mature. Everytime she walked by me she smiled at me, she'd only let me help her with some things such as singing, luggage etc. I have a pretty decent chance I'd say.

I know what mean about having your heart crushed and I am usually cautious about that but I don't know about this one. Un Gato made me laugh with that quote(where did that come from anyway?) and LyteBulb, I so totally forgot about the new maps! God, I am nervous but if it doesn't work out, there is other fish in the sea but God knows how depressed I'll be. I really want this to go right.

hey pained cypress.......i know exactly how you feel.....i was the same way a couple years ago, i loved this girl, i would do anything for her.....but thats the mistake, you cant let anybody have your heart, they will take it and crush it, trust me i know........what im sayin is yea you can like her and all that, but you really shouldnt put all your heart into it, it doesnt matter who you give your heart to, they will always find a way to destroy it even if they didnt try too.................
