All I can say is that you're missing the best parts of the game (the raids, iron banner, trials of osiris, downing 35 Skolas first time and, best of all, finding that team you just click with).
Going solo the game can get boring fast. If you think it's worth it, hit someone up after a strike, get to know them. If not, then sorry you didn't enjoy the ride.

There are some good aspects to this game but overall it feels like a beta, it is not polished are balanced when it comes to pvp.. it's actually getting worse.

Forcing people together is crap. The game for lone players has completely lost the risk reward balance. That is a BASIC rule of game design for RPGs even from the 8 bit days. The balance should be 50/50, playing alone your risk reward balance is 95/5. For that reason the game sucks and I'm out.
