Granted, it's only been one night of this so far, but after playing through roughly two cards, my usual team and I are siding with the traditional one map a weekend Trials rotation. We enjoyed it a lot more when we were developing strategies for a single map and focusing those tactics throughout a weekend. Rotating maps leaves things more up to chance.
You could say that a better team would be able to adapt to a different map, but I haven't even said how well we did. We only lost about three times (and one of the losses on our cards came from a Buffalo error code that booted everyone on my friends list - not fun). We just preferred the consistency of the single map structure.
Also, this could just be paranoia, but I swear that rotating maps made the game laggier than usual tonight. Far more issues with that this evening, and again, the Buffalo error code that has never happened (though it seems more likely that was a PSN-wide blip).

I enjoy the single map structure as well. However I would like sides to switch every round as well as the non dlc maps added into the rotation.
