So I was thinking on how useless the Grimoire score card actually is. And in my little day dream I had about it, I thought "Hey, instead of waiting for Xur to show up and maybe buy an engram or something I already have to just give to another character, why can't I just click into the companion app, go to my Grimoire and buy it from there?" (Must be already obtained, obviously) Another day dream was trying to understand why is there no Armor cards? Not like I'm trying to get 100% anyways and sorry if you are and this would make it more time consuming. Why doesn't Xur carry weapon engrams? Like shit why makes us wait when he never sells what we want.. Throw him in his own little semi hard area to get to at the tower (since he likes being elusive). Make us do 7-10 step bounties to get the weapons we actually want. (But none of that 'death resets' or 'slows progress' crap) Also, Why can't we have a completely customized weapon? Like hear me out.. buy a S**t white weapon from Xur. you have to kill 'X' amount of certain enemies, it upgrades to green with 1 bullet and one sight perk.. when you give it to Xur again it turns blue and the first row is all bullet or sight depending on what you had equipped when finishing it. The second row is now polar opposite of the first row.. if you handed in bullets you would get things for stability, reload, and clip size (vice versa for sights, you'd get bullet perks) )and you get get to choose your primary perk thats can't be switched out. Upgrade it and hand it into Xur and changes to purple. so on and so forth. then turns to a personal Customized weapon which is like orange so you can have an exotic still equipped and your favourite weapon together. But yea just more of my ramblings.. Tell me what you think.
