Dragons did exist. Everyone argues that they are extinct. Everyone forgets that the vex have time travel capabilities. Given that alone there is no reason why vex tech can not get them to the present. With that said, everytime I hear people talk about dragons are coming I always think of the game of thrones South Park parody. The dragons are coming! They are on their way!
