If a player is bringing your fireteam down because of their lack of skill, then don't be afraid to remove them from your group or ban them altogether. Although this topic is Destiny specific, this correlates to any online game for the matter. If you're doing a raid, strike, PvP etc and you're in a party with a player so bad he's contributing nothing and dying constantly, then DO NOT be afraid to remove them. For me and many other aspiring competitive gamers, victory is the top priority and casual fun comes second. I want to see more successful fireteams in Crucible, more successful raid teams and less Nightfall failures amongst other things. EDIT: I know I'm going to get hated on for this but instead of acting like a child, share your opinion in a mature fashion.
