I have a vanilla Timur's Lash
Should I reroll it? And if so, are there better perks that I could get on it that I can't on a new one that I should go for?

I broke mine down yesterday. In my opinion the change of perks to hand cannons wasn't as detrimental as it was to other types like shotguns.
