I am desperately trying to gather weapon parts and class materials for my second and third characters because I am so low I can't even afford upgrading my gear. This is a serious issue for me as I've resorted to deleting characters and releveling them as well as engram farming :( Please add a vendor in the tower or update the vanguards and gunsmith to sell these items in bulk much like quartermasters with relic iron, etc.
