About Demons

A question out of curiosity - there are apparent ways to 'summon' demons, but that always involves physicality or speech. My question is, for those of you that know about this is, can demons be summoned by even just thinking about them? I am not really a believer in this subject, but after watching a video displaying 'demonic behavior', I have noticed myself having immense trouble sleeping. I have had random thoughts as I close my eyes that I have to actually try to stop. I feel uncomfortable in the shower and I become overwhelmed with random feelings of being watched anywhere I go. Sometimes I feel unburdened and other times I just have a sudden, unshakable feeling of a presence. I have done no.. rituals or anything. Never played with what are described as demonic objects. Again, not really a believer in all this, but I find it incredibly odd that this has suddenly begun happening. Edit - Thank you for the replies. Serious or not, I appreciate it!

It sounds like you may have a DTD (Demonically Transmitted Disease). They are most commonly caused by unprotected sinning, or intercourse with non-believers. Some symptoms include, but are not limited to: paranoia, projectile vomiting, skin irritation caused by holy water, uncontrollable guttural sounds emanating from your throat, an aversion to the cross or cross-like objects, an inability to prevent your eyes from rolling back in your head, voices that instruct you to burn things, and crab walking backwards down stairs. Early treatment is key. In most cases, taking two (2) communion wafers and administering an HWE (Holy Water Enema) will be enough to treat the condition. Some severe cases may require an Exorcism, and on the rare occasion that you find yourself to be the Antichrist, the Seven Daggers of Megiddo are recommended to prevent the Apocalypse. If symptoms worsen, or persist for more than seven (7) days, consult your local Priest. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Catholic Church*

Demons most certainly are real. They trick us into sinning and scare us, and make us have doubts in God. There are many stories of demon possession out there that have actually happened. Believe me, I have experienced the feelings you are describing. It's a fear that Satan is trying to establish in you, and in all of us. But Satan must obey God. In the Bible, there are many stories of Jesus casting out demons. Only on God's name may these demons leave. They in fact have to leave. Here's something that I do when I feel scared and alone. I read my bible. Some good verses to read would be Ephesians 3, or Psalm 91. You could read the stories of Jesus casting out Satan. Or, say these words: "In the name of God, Satan get behind me." He then is forced to leave you. Another thing is to remain confident that God exists and he loves you, and he is the King of all kings. Accepting Jesus as your saviour purifies your soul, and lets the Holy Spirit live inside you. That way, Satan cannot posses you. Those were some tips. If you want to know more, or have any questions, and me a private message. And yes, I know you're not serious.

    • If you do happen to summon them on accident make sure you have a bat with the Old Testament wrapped around it. Works great on demons.

      • Well people may laugh at what I have to say but demon possession is real. I don't think you can "summon" demons necessarily like the Charlie Charlie thing that's been going around. But I also think demons are looking for an opportunity to come into you. That is why I don't do some things that aren't necessarily a sin but it opens doors for demons to come in. I hope that makes sense.

        • I noticed the hastag, but i'll be serious for the moment anyway. Demons or generally any spiritual entity harboring ill intent seemingly tend to be drawn towards people who are mentally, emotionally, or physically in a weakened state. If I had to guess, it'd be because they'd be easier to latch onto. I also theorize that people who're prone to abnormally high amounts of anger, sadness, fear, or any of the thoughts or actions fueled by these emotions could be easier targets, for similar reasons. As for your situation, if you were to imagine the spreading or transference of a demonic entity to be anything like the spread of a disease or virus, exposure could be a possible means for it. Or it's all in your head, which is equally possible if not more so.
