Speaker glitched
Unless I'm seriously mistaken or confused, the Speaker was supposed to become a material exchange vendor. I've seen YouTube videos with people doing it live. Yet ever since H.o.W dropped he never changed his inventory. Just trying to get some attention brought to the issue

You'll need the correct materials in your inventory to be allowed to trade with the speaker. Make sure you have ascendant/radiant shards/energies on your character to trade with him.

You need to have the materials on you in order to see his exchange rates.
