Save the keys for the level 35 one. You can get Elemental version of the primary weapons Variks sells. My friend has 'Six Dreg Promise II' which is void damage. He got it from 35 chest.

The kinetic version is called Six Dreg Pride, this is Six Dreg Pride II, which is dropped from Skolas and has the elements on it. The kinetic version doesn't have the II and it is obtained from Variks by way of Judgment's Chance, which requires one (1) Armor Core and one (1) Weapon Core. Though the Judgment's Chance can give any of the PoE armor and weapons (kinetic versions only).
