Thorn isn't as OP as everyone makes it out to be. It's mostly annoying to play against thanks to it's fire and forget abilities. It doesn't need to be destroyed but adjusted slightly. Lessen the range and slow up the rate of fire. I would also tone down the burn damage so the two shot kills aren't possible anymore no matter how rare they may be.
