There's no doubt Thorn is the strongest choice as it's the most efficient primary but you can still beat it. If they get the first shot off best advice is to run cuz no way you're winning that battle. I recently went back to using thorn it does feel as if though I've been handicapping myself without it. Crucible seems much easier with it
