Yes, its still less viable to having a primary arc weapon instead of a bad juju. Fatebringer for instance. Also would you bring the bad juju to a devil walker arc heavy nightfall? With or without the burn? Probably not

Change weapons when you are no longer just fighting hoards. Maybe others don't change weapons on the fly as much as I do, but I never feel that I need to restrict myself to one set of guns for a whole fight.
