DICE and EA can go suck Jabba the Hutt's fat, wrinkled ass for destroying Battlefront with their bullshit.
The point of a reboot to a series is to make it bigger and better than it was before, not take out 90% of the content of what the old games have.
But hey, they probably did that so they can sell it to us later on as -blam!-ing overpriced DLC.

I wouldn't be surprised if we got four DLC's with four maps each. That is something EA would do.

Not just for maps. I bet there's gonna be DLC for characters, playable Heroes/Villains, weapons, a Prequel DLC, a Space Battle DLC, and Galactic Conquest as DLC. That will surpass $100+ for everything probably

I spent a good 3-4 years playing Battlefront 1 and 2 before I switched to the 360, so I'll do the same again.

I wouldn't pay $100+ and let EA know that I'm content with them taking a giant shit all over Battlefront. I already (regrettably) did that with Halol 4.

Perhaps I misspoke.. I wouldn't be happy if that's how they play it out, I want battlefront, I want it to be great.. But if regardless I'd buy it for nostalgia sake.
