The Vex have Atheon, The cabal have a giant legionary, the Fallen have Giant Captains, And the Hive have Crota and knights running around with swords.

People seem to forget that the cabals psions are able to tangle with the war minds. So not only do they have incredible military might, but they have incredible intelligence.

Don't forget they have technology capable of moving moons. I believe they moved on of Mars moons.

Yup. My vote goes to the Cabal. Plus, we only know of Atheon and Crota for the momment. When the DLC drops for HoW, we'll see whether of not the Fallen have any strong Kells (or however its spelled) that can put up a fight. Wonder if we'll get any Cabal DLC though.
