Eh, I understand the frustration, but don't agree. I went through 44 ranks of Dead Orbit to finally get mine. I think a better idea would be to make more stuff that you can get from them. I mean everything more weapons, armor, ships, sparrows, class items, and yes shaders. Would make the drop rate less painful. Especially class items, because what happens when you get a legendary class engram? It turns into a faction one you can just buy. Also just in case, if all you want is a red coat and don't care about level. Just get a new monarchy chest piece with no shader. Chances of that are small but I figure I'd say it just in case it's helpful. Though now that I think a bit more someone probably already said that.
