An Amazing Video....(Shows the true work that Bungie put into this game)
This video showed me how much I take the Halo 3 scenery and art for granted. The amount of detail the Environment Artists put in this game is phenominal - and yet you don't see them get the recognition they deserve. They definitely deserve a long awaited pat on the back from this community....our hats are off to you guys.

The only reason ppl say H3 graphics are bad is because its hard to make a unrealistic game look realistic, like COD has "good graphics" cause its about real life.

This video had such a calming affect on me I think I will use it to wind down after playing Halo 3 and getting pwned. I feel like the Master Chief must have felt upon entering the sleep chamber at the end of H3.

Why didn't they put this much work into their multiplayer maps?

I do take the time to look at the scenery in the Multiplayer maps. It makes me wish there was actually a place like that. Especially on Valhalla, or Last Resort. The graphics are amazing in every detailed way. Kudos to Bungie, there hard work has paid off, because we fans adore there work. And I can bet Bungie will strive in the future to keep us as a true fan. Again Kudos to Bungie for the hard work and determination for an AMAZING game.

Bungie work on a spiritual plain that is just untouchable. Halo 3 was the pinnacle of all that is wonderful about the 3D arts.

Very nice indeed. It's so easy to blast through levels without really actually taking in most of the scenery, largely because 90% of that time you're simply trying to survive, but it is amazing to see it like this. I was impressed with the workers that were in tears...I don't even remember seeing those guys, just goes to show me how many little things I've really missed.

I remember when, at the time, Halo: CE was the graphical powerhouse of the era. I remember on the level halo, just watching the blue light from the Forerunner structure shoot up into the air, then seeing the huge arc of the ring on either side of the map. Textures and graphics change over time and get better, but the scenery in Halo has always been magestic. Kudos, Bungie, for putting so much hard work into your games. I have to ask: will that be what the world looks like when you achieve world domination? If so, bring it on!

The music absolutely ruins the video. I couldn't even really watch it the music was so lame. May I suggest Halcyon by Orbital?

Reminds me back in h1/h2 just looking up and around at the scenery, lovely work done on the video, perhaps people will see a new way in playing halo :)
