wait, this doesnt mean we lose the katana or security right? im just asking because of the "have all achievements" requirements for those armor pieces. uhh... not that i think the katana makes me look cool or anything

I have one ? to lukems and Bungie. When Bungie said couple weeks ago that you will keep your Total Exp and also your High Skill level. Bungie is saying right now that my Exp will go to 0 when TU2 starts, does that mean my exp right now 1974 will be gone. To be a Brigadier, Grade 3 you need 2000 exp and I am so close to be one. My goal in Halo 3 is to be a Brigadier, General! I work so hard to have a good record in all my games in Matchmaking. So please don't have my exp just erased it self because of TU2 with all my time I played Halo 3. I WILL BE SO MAD AT BUNGIE IF YOU DO THIS. Bungie Weekly Update: 8/01/08 http://www.bungie.net/News/content.aspx?type=topnews&cid=14994 * We are not resetting your “Skill.” Your Trueskill value will not change. * We’re not resetting your current EXP. Your total EXP will still be displayed in your Service Record and that Rank will still be displayed in your Service Record. P.S. PLEASE EXPLAIN.

Another way to try and get people to buy the legendary map pack..... all i have to say is: Props to Bungie trying to profit even more so on their creation. Too bad you didn't put that effort into the single player campaign creation, and acting.... Halo 2, was awesome single player...what happened? "Your gamer score means nothing!"

Ok. New Achievements. No affiance not the best achievements you made, but it should be fun. THANK YOU! My and I were all getting angry about high skill, I mean really I get lagged out of one match and go down two high skill. Also my best friend for god sakes he wins 25 games in a row (we checked) does not go up and loses one game goes down. I guess what I am tiring to say high skill SUCKS and thanks.

If you have all ready gotten all the 1000/1000 for halo 3 will your security armor disapear because of the new acheivements?

Yeah my internet drops randomly too it sucks they need to have a system that detects whether the person actually quit or if their internet just disconnected. And yeah why don't they have a just snipes playlist I love snipes

I have dsl and it drops for no reason every now and then. atleast once a day guys, it sucks if you've witnessed this. if not then i apologize in advance for those that eventually will. i believe i've lost around 120 exp from it... qs: will everyone's rank drop back down and have to start over or what? why isn't "sniper" games a permanent play list? seriously guys? Oh my god why are people having a flippin hissy fit over armor, they're all the same worrying "Oh noez am I gonna have to get the new achievements to keep my (stupid) katana" god wasn't it that the katana was unlocked once you get 1000 gamerscore for Halo 3 jesus you're nearly all the same do some research before you all have a cry to Bungie about it. You all need to get over it, if you have to get the new achievements to keep it so what just suck it up and be a man.

with all do respect bungiee im sorry to say that update is not cool. why start everyone at 0 xp again... now everybodypeople will be match up with generals and people with 50s. thats dumb cause i mean the achivements is cool but this you just killed it.Now ill never get my goal of being a field major and i was so close too!!

I am not going to get banned for quiting E'm I because theirs a lot of people that lose connection I am one of them and my rank has suffered severily it takes likke 20 games to go up even if i win them all in a row so yea our is their something you guys are going to do about that lose and when the same amount of loses to go up!!!

When are they going to rest every ones EXP and when they do is going to keep the games they played are rest every thing except The rank!!!

This just makes it more unfair to the people that are less fortunate financially. Those with not enough money to buy the legendary map pack can't get the new achievements! I am so pissed off about this! WHY?????!!!!!!
