Is there someone at your place of Employment that you can talk about Destiny with?
I work at an Asphalt and Cutback Plant and the only person I can talk Destiny with is a 54 year old Trucker that comes in now and then.
Excited to hear what fellow Guardians have to say.
Edit: Got off Work at 6:30cst and we were at a little over 60 replies. I wake up and we're close to 200. :D
Edit: I find it Cool that so many White Collar works actually play. Keep the stories coming.

Edited by MOOSAPOLUZA: 3/27/2015 1:02:50 AMI work in landscaping and i dropped the line, "we've awoke the hive" when getting rid of a bees nest. Sadly, no snickers, chuckles or snarls.

I work in a video game company and literally no one talks about this game. Actually, no one plays games over here. It's kind of... unexpected. And then people complain that we do generic-looking games with no innovation. I mean no shit, if you don't have standards/reference points to base your work on you can't come up with something new!

Yep. In fact, the guy that sits in the cube next to me plays. And another guy would play, but he's on a different console.
-
I am CEO'Inc a group of companies. Sometimes talk about it with some younger employees who are then staring at me like "eyes wide open and a bushy tail" :-))

Got a couple people here. They don't really play much anymore oddly enough.
-
I work in corporate aviation. Nobody plays video games. I'm 30 and everybody else here is 45+. I'm so alone

Edited by FIRE WRAITH 01: 3/27/2015 3:01:25 AMOddly it makes sense a trucker would have the time to play Destiny. When a trucker has off time they have OFF time. It can last a long while depending on who they work for. I have only known three truckers over my short-ish life and thats how they have explained "days off" to me. Otherwise its pretty much 24/7 (again depending on employer).

My manager and one of my coworkers plays. They are upgraded to the one however. I plan on it this Wednesday.

I am a high school teacher, and I found that there was one other teacher playing and a ton of students at the brick and mortar school where I was until this semester. Now I teach high school and middle school full time for the county online school and find more time to play but fewer of my students playing and none of my colleagues with the online school.

Sadly no most of my coworkers are grown ass men that don't game and the young ones are into different games.

I'm a technician and work in the semi conductor industry. So it's safe to say I work and have befriended a lot of "nerds". So there is no shortage of destiny talk at work.
