Missing Ghost/Grimoire Card troubles.
There's a ghost in the lunar complex that I can't pick up because it isn't there. The dark room where you can fight the Hand of Crota, along the right wall, on top of a box. I don't have the Grimoire Card, I believe it's Darkness 3, but the Ghost just isn't there. Also, I've killed Omnigul 3 times. Still don't have her Grimoire Card.

I picked it up in week 1, but the grimoire card never unlocked on bungie.net. I check every time I go through that room, the ghost hasn't reappeared, so I can't pick it up again. http://destinyghosthunter.net/ shows I have 65 of the 68 'official' ones out now. I know I'm missing one on Venus, two on Mars, so I've already picked up the one that should have unlocked Ghost Fragment: Darkness 3. When will we see a fix for this?
