Do You Have All Weapons From CE Normal Mode?
Please say I'm not alone. I've done Crota Normal every single week with all my characters, and yet to get Swordbreaker. I just got Black Hammer for the first time 2 weeks ago which took forever, but this week again...no Swordbreaker. Are you all experiencing the same thing or do some of you (honestly) have all the heavy and special CE raid weapons?
I've went back to playing on 360 to help my brother and his friends out (due to burn out on the game), and low and behold....my brother gets the Swordbreaker on like his 5th run on Crota ever! He's gotten everything but Black Hammer now I believe, weapon wise. I was short just one Swordbreaker when he even started trying the raid, and he's down one weapon on Normal to having them all.... Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he's getting sweet loot, but c'mon man, give it up already!
EDIT: Before someone says it, yes I know that different weapons drop for different players, and that my brother may have gotten the shotty but not get Black Hammer or what have you. It just sucks seeing someone come right in after a few tries at it and get the one thing you've been grinding for for months now.
It also appears my theory is correct...majority of the community strive for that one missing weapon, which Bungie purposely does to keep us playing. Well, guess it's working.

Have all weapons from Crota NM and HM. Just finished up with Word of Crota last night.... yaaaay.

I waited quite a few weeks for song of Ir Yut, but eventually got it. I only received light of the abyss once, but it was my second run ever. I get black hammers almost every NM run.

I need the light of the abyss and the swordbreaker I have stupidly only been doing hard mode not realising that they drop in normal lol

Had them all but 1 for awhile now, 1st 2 drops from crota were hunger and hammer. Took till last week to get a song of ir yut.

Edited by warlockftw: 4/10/2015 10:31:58 AMive only beaten hard twice... but the first time i got the abyssal defiant+helmet and the second i got the fang. so im missing the word, but ive been equally lucky on normal. ive only played it a handfull of times and i seem to get a diff weapon each run; all i need left is the fusion rifle. i feel like Destiny is trying to seduce me into spending more time with it

I've done CE NM about 4 times, and a couple more incomplete runs (due to squeakers) and got everything but the machine gun, that said, the ghorn dropped on one of those runs so I'm not complaining...

Can't get word of crota or hunger of of crota.. Those are the two I want the most besides the crota scout rifle which I already got Plus I need crux of that counts

Got all CE normal weapons pretty damn quickly and all primaries in 2 runs. Guess RNG loves me.
