Here's the problem with this thread, you don't like the way you are treated by most male gamers so you isolate yourself rather than attacking the issue head on. You could play with male gamers as well as female gamers and try to mend the gap between both genders, but instead you separate them only making it worse. The reason some(not all) guys treat girls on games that way is because they don't understand that there are serious gamer girls out there, show them the truth tell them to quit being an asshole, set them in their place!! I try to be just as respectful to girls as I am to guys but sometimes the prissy girls who actually are attention whores get on my nerves and I have the nerve to tell them they need to take the game seriously, I am often lashed out at for being a "try hard" because I actually want to play the game when instead the other guys are proposing to some girl over the internet.
