I want you guys to know that work is still happening on this series... so I'm dropping a little preview of part II right here! This preview features dialogue between player characters Bigindi and Ryker, from Bigindi and Critical Gamerr respectively. My eyes stung, and I was squinting and tearing up quite a bit, Bigindi, but I’d like to think that he thought I was eyeing him like he was prey… whole thing was rather-” “Poetic.” “Po- yeah, poetic! Have I told you this story before?” “What? No, [i]never[/i].” “Oh. Anyways, it was just me and him, and he happened to be wielding Shock Swords himself. We stood there for what was maybe an eternity, maybe an instant. Regardless, we both knew what was about to happen-” “I’m still listening.” “-At least, I knew what was what. I dunno how Fallen brains work really. Anyways, I readied my saber, thinking to myself, ‘Ryker? It’s time to DANCE!’ I sparked up, readied my weapon, and clashed with the bastard. He got in two good slashes before I ended him with what I like to call ‘The Showstopper!’ He never stood a chance…” “Of course not.” “You know, Bigs, you’re such a good listener. The shockwave from the sonic boom shattered windows and shook the ground, knocking everyone down. Bigindi was the first to rise. “What the hell is that doing [i]here[/i]?” The Harvester proceeded to fire a single missile at the Tower, blasting a gaping hole in its wall.
