Happens a lot man with bad connections between players.
I would hear the sound of it connecting and also see it connect, but the damage only pops up a few seconds after.
It makes for frequent kill trades.

Im starting to get fed up of it now, i want to play more aggressively, but I find the closer you are to the action the more bull you encounter, sitting back and making kills from a distance is the best way to counter lag issues, im getting bored of this.
