I find its mostly older people still buying physical games.. lol

I'm 38 and coming around to digital downloads now. Mostly because gamestops monopoly on the used market has killed trade in prices. I really just don't feel like dealing with them anymore. But conversely to that we as gamers shouldn't have to pay the same price for a download as a hard copy. When you eliminate packaging, printing of the game, shipping and retail mark up games should be AT THE VERY LEAST 10 bucks cheaper.

I don't know if I completely agree. Sure, we'd all love cheaper games. But the cost of development for AAA games has skyrocketed in the past few years, and the price hasn't changed to reflect that. I'm willing to bet that's a big part of why we're seeing more aggressive DLC practices from publishers.
