I've noticed that a lot of the error code threads disappear down the list quickly so I'm going to post this thread here for you all to use. To find this thread again just use the search function and search for "ECReports".
To begin with, please take a look at this thread to try changing a few settings on either your router or console. This will help rule out that there are any inconsistencies with your connection.

Edit - don't forget to check your broadband package for data usage limits. You'll need to log in to your account on your ISP's website to see how close to your monthly limit you've reached every month. Some ISPs put bandwidth restrictions on your Internet which may affect your gaming experience as well.
Please post your connection issues in the following format to make it easier to collate the information.
Your Console type;
Your ISP (Internet service provider);
Your router's make and model number;
How you are connected to your router;
The error codes you are getting, how often you get them and whether you started getting them after a certain date or you've always got them.
list of things you've tried to correct the issues.
To see what the error code you are getting means, please use the search function and just type in the name of the error code. You should see a result come from the help section that will inform you what it means.
Please note I am not an employee or affiliated with Bungie, i just play the game! Please also try and keep this thread clear of rants, just post in the format as shown above!

Edited by tree: 3/16/2015 7:15:56 PMXbox one Sonic net (dsl) Wireless Connection Pace 4111n (standard from sonic.net) Every few minutes I get dropped with either a weasel code or a bee-caterpillar combo. I've tried port forwarding my xbox one and have cleared the devices on my router.. Alas.. no avail. I've only begun having these errors so frequently since Wednesday last week.. about 6 days.. Luckily I had enough strange coins laying around to quickly go to the tower and buy that red death before getting dropped.. As a day one player... I'm bummed that all out of a sudden, I can't play destiny. For afew days I would play one match... with hopes to not lag out.. then wait for the lag. And reconnect. THAT IS BULLSHIT. I shouldn't have to play in such ways. Til this is fixed.. I'm gunna have to give destiny a break. Please respond with some glorious tips and useful strats ^.^

Edited by jrtteague: 3/14/2015 10:51:48 AMIsp: xfinity Internet Router: default router they give you when you sign up (Arris TG??) Wireless Every other game works fine and does not time out. Even enabled port forwarding and did not help anything for destiny. It did for everything else though. Thinking it may just be the router and not my Internet. Error codes: all of em. Bee, cattle, centipede, anteater, vulture, banjo, etc.. if you can name it, I've probably had it. Also I can have bursts of a few hours of play time and then I'm off for a few days because I can't stay connected.

Hello people posted here. An excellent way to find a solution to your error code is search "Bungie.net error code (insert error code here)." You'll get a solution that Bungie has tried and has had it work. Keep in mind these solutions don't work for everyone and Bungie is aware of that.

Can you please leave this up to a support mentor, as this post could end up going the wrong way :3 and you want that will you. Unless you have spoke to someone about doing this, then that's fine.
