If you have just 3 characters you might consider making a third one just to keep weapons in his inventory to make some space in your vault. Otherwise I can't really tell you what dismantle as I don't know what weapons you prefer. For me in PVE most of the time this combination work

Blackhammer / Ice breaker
Crota's hunger / Ghallahorn
However the another nitc with the right perks is a great weapon. I don't know the two in morgue but I see a lot a guys in PVP wielding it ;) what weapons do you enjoy most?

Well, it used to be Auto Rifles, especially the Suros Regime, but they're practically useless now. I mostly do PvP with my Hunter. My preferred weapons of choice are MIDA Multi-Tool, Found Verdict and Against All Odds.
