Things Players Do to get kicked/muted
Few things happened during my raid spree last night that made me think of this. I'm sure everyone has a "button" that immediately makes you dislike a player, to the point where you don't want to play with them. Here's a few of mine.
[b]Mouth breathing into the mic[/b] i know, everyone breathes. But i don't need to be constantly aware that you are. Move the mic!
[b]Pushing ppl off of the map when waiting on whatever in Hard mode[/b] It's not funny...well with a group of friends it's funny. But if we're on a serious attempt, stop. Just stop.
[b]Being ridiculously dramatic[/b] At. Everything. "Zomg did you see how i dropped my Titan bubble when i used my super?!" .....go away.
[b]Bragging about how good you are [/b] This is especially prevalent if I've had to revive you more than twice in the passed 3 minutes.
[b]"haha omg this is my 7th Gjallarhorn!(or whatever exotic) [/b] We're glad you're one of the lucky ones. Shut up. Take the drop. Let those of us who didn't get it sulk.
[b]Random background chat with whoever else is in the room with you[/b] I don't need to hear about your plans to build a snowman. The mute button is on the controller practically.
These are just some of my personal pet peeves. What others do you all have?
Edit: Wow a lot of ppl have a lot of similar peeves as I do. Glad I'm not the only one!

When they take their controller with the Mic on to the bathroom, c'mon man, we did not need to hear you do your business. I would not boot you but tease the hell out of you when you are done. If you start insulting people in the party and don't stop when you are asked to, you are out. I treat people according to their behavior. #Etiquette #play4fun

The people who I played with that breathed into the mic have some type of speech impediment. That being said, I don't kick people like this because I don't wanna feel like a dick and maybe they're depressed already.

1 ReplyWhen all you can hear is people shouting and carrying on in the background. Last night I had to leave a group because one was playing loud rap. One was arguing with someone. One was all echo. One was telling every one how to play. One had a screaming baby that cancelled out my head set. I was asking people to please be quiet as I can't hear sword say damage. No one could hear me So I guess and just shoot and Crota did not go down. Then someone els fires. And so on every 2 seconds. I left because it was horrible.

You'd probably hate me for the second one, though I only do it with buddies where I know it'll get a laugh as opposed to dragging something out. I used to solar wind my friend into the middle of Atheon's room while he was scoped in on the first gatekeeper trying to see if I could get him all the way off. After I got him over the edge twice I got bored and started firing a single shot at the gatekeeper before we could get in position to shoot it until he said he'd kick me if I fired my gun. We were doing two different jobs and as a result he didn't really pay attention to what I was doing, so after Atheon spawned him I asked if I could Attack things again. He was a pretty good sport when he realized I was kidding and we're still friends at least xD

We did hm on Saturday and 4 of us jumped on the rock at the end...after we killed the ogre I pushed the other 3 off and they died and I ran across the bridge solo...it was very funny. I have a question for u op, why so serious? It's just a game why can't ppl Plat ar I understand and have fun?

I dislike booting/ muting people and I'm usually pretty tolerant, but there was one guy I raided with that crossed the line. I was running sword, and he kept telling me how I should do it. He kept insisting that he should do it, despite the fact that I didn't mess up at all, and he can only get 6 hits per kneel ON A HUNTER. then Crota was on the last sword, and he died like a complete dumbass when running out onto the middle, even though our titan bros put bubbles down. His exact words "assassin keeps messing up this group sucks" and I just -blam!-ing kicked him. We 5 manned it next attempt though so at least that's something
